Power Adaptor Kit

Model 1092-07

The Model 1092 Power Adaptor Kit permits the connection of a three-tab radio

control receiver to a garage door operator which does not conform to the three-

terminal standard adopted by DORCMA. The operator may have only two terminals

or the numbering sequence may be different.

TO CONNECT A THREE-TAB RECEIVER:

1. The push on receptacle on each wire is connected to the straight tab of the

receiver terminals.

2. Each terminal is marked on the data label on the back of the receiver.

Connect the wires to the receiver terminals as follows:

Receptacle with two wires (power transformer and

push button wire) to terminal mark “1” or “24V”.

Receptacle with second push button wire to terminal

marked “2” or “relay”.

Receptacle with remaining transformer wire to

terminal marked “3” or “radio power”.

3. Connect the two spade lugs to the wall button terminals on the operator

(terminals 1 and 2 on a three terminal operator). Plug the transformer into a 115

VAC outlet.
